This super cool yarn is made by Venne.  They have plied one ply of their lovely 20/2 mercerized cotton with a strand of fine lycra.  While weaving the fabric is flat, once you wash the fabric voila it shrinks up. It is what is called an "active" yarn.  We carry the small 50 gram cones which have approx 785 yards on them.  Most people carry the small mini spools, this is a much more economical version. This will work really well with the other Venne yarns - 20/2 solids, 22/2 space dyed cotton and the 40/1 x 2 cotton/wool.
